            Job Description
User maintenance; create and maintain user access per Rackspace’s defined profile and security structure.
Provide support and troubleshoots application related issues.
Monitor and respond to the request/support queue.
Provide bookings support and bookings data validation to multiple sales, commissions, and reporting teams.
Assist with audits, both End of Month audits for sales and commissions as well as SOX and Compliance audits.
Maintain general Salesforce.com data integrity.
Collaborate with varies cross functional teams to support, maintain, and test the Program Increment changes.
