The Salesforce Agentforce Dev role focuses on developing workflows and components using Salesforce technologies, collaborating with teams to implement solutions, and guiding junior developers, with an emphasis on AI-driven service agents.
As a Salesforce Agentforce Dev, you will play a crucial role in our department by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative workflows, routing rules, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support our AI-driven service agents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of basic chatbots, intent recognition flows, and seamless Service Cloud integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentforce workflows, Omni-Channel routing rules, and LWC to support AI-driven service agents.
- Build basic chatbots and intent recognition flows for case deflection and automated responses.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement Apex triggers, SOQL queries, and REST API callouts.
- Ensure code coverage by writing unit tests and actively participate in sprint planning sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce development practices and trends.
- Provide support and guidance to junior developers on Salesforce-related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document and maintain clear and concise development processes and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript programming languages.
- Familiarity with Einstein Bots or Service Cloud Voice is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
