Job Overview:
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing and Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and solutions.
- Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
- Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
- Offer creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
- Provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 - 9 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
