Salesforce Developer

Position: Salesforce Developer

Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining robust Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring seamless user experiences through real-time data synchronization and intelligent automation.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and standard Salesforce configurations.

• Implement and manage features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Cloud environments.

• Configure and support Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Web/Embedded Chats, and Einstein Bots.

• Design and implement integrations with external platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, and others using REST, SOAP, APIGEE, BizTalk, and PEGA.

• Utilize Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Push Topics for real-time data synchronization.

• Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce Security & Access Control including OWD, Role Hierarchies, Account Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Sharing Sets, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, and Apex Sharing.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

• Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and solution designs.

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.

• Strong experience with Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Chat solutions, and Einstein Bots.

• Solid integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, APIGEE, BizTalk, and PEGA.

• Hands-on experience with real-time data synchronization using Platform Events, CDC, and Push Topics.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce Security Model including OWD, Role & Account Hierarchies, and Sharing mechanisms.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
