Job summary

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll work within GTM Engineering to build scalable Apex/LWC solutions, support integrations, and improve performance/reliability across our Salesforce platform. You’ll collaborate with the GTM Engineering and Sales Systems teams to translate requirements into robust code, implement CI/CD and test automation, and ensure production changes are safe and repeatable.


What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integration logic
  • Implement API integrations (REST/JSON, platform events) and OOTB connectors where applicable
  • Partner with Admins/BSA on Flow vs Apex tradeoffs and reuse patterns
  • Set up and maintain DevOps Center/Git workflows; contribute to code reviews and branching strategy
  • Build unit/integration tests and regression packs for high‑risk areas (Opportunity, Quote, Case)
  • Troubleshoot performance issues (SOQL efficiency, CPU limits, row locks); deliver remediations
  • Document technical designs, decision records, and runbooks

What you will have

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong Apex/LWC skills; deep knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, async patterns, and governor limits
  • Experience with integration patterns and error‑handling; familiarity with platform events/Change Data Capture
  • Hands‑on with DevOps Center/Git and automated testing tools

Nice to have

  • CPQ/Revenue Cloud exposure
  • experience with HRIS/payroll integrations and GTM tools
