Key Responsibilities: 
  • Write and optimize Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Future Methods
  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura Components for UI enhancements. 
  • Implement Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to automate sales workflows. 
  • Design and develop scalable solutions in Sales Cloud, including lead, opportunity, and account management
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows. 
  • Implement Sales Processes, Forecasting, and Reporting solutions
  • Perform data migration, ETL, and bulk processing using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce APIs
  • Ensure data security and compliance with Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Model
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.,) 

   Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce Development Experience (3-5 years) – with a strong focus on Sales Cloud. 
  •  Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Processing, and APIs
  • Proficiency in Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
  •  Integration knowledge (REST/SOAP APIs, External Systems, OAuth, Postman). 
  •  Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and Version Control (Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
  •  Understanding of Salesforce Security & Data Model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD, etc.)
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Salesforce Developer Certification (PD1) is a plus.
