Implement and manage email campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Email Studio and Journey Builder. Develop dynamic content with AMPscript, manage Data Extensions and SQL queries, build Automation Studio workflows, and validate/test campaigns. Troubleshoot integrations and data issues, handle SFMC/MOD incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, coordinate critical issue resolution, and ensure SLA adherence. Support distributed marketing/advisor communications and maintain accurate segmentation.
- Execute and manage email campaigns and journeys using Email Studio and Journey Builder
- Develop and troubleshoot dynamic content using AMPscript and personalization logic
- Manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, and Automation Studio workflows
- Perform campaign validation, testing, preview, and deployment
- Support distributed marketing / advisor communications use cases
- Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation
