ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to build connected customer data and engagement solutions across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This person owns audience segmentation, customer journeys, and data activation workflows, using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS to bring campaigns to life. Close partnership with marketing and data stakeholders is central to this work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Build and support data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution logic, audience segmentation, and activation workflows.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud assets, including journeys, automations, triggered communications, data extensions, and personalization components.
- Integrate Data Cloud audiences and insights with Marketing Cloud campaigns and orchestration flows.
- Partner with marketing, CRM, product, and analytics teams to translate campaign and customer lifecycle needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor campaign data quality, audience accuracy, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot issues across subscriber data, segmentation, activation, automations, and campaign execution.
- Document technical solutions, dependencies, and operational processes.
MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, activation, consent-aware data usage, and campaign orchestration.
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, APIs, and Marketing Cloud automation capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with third-party systems and enterprise data sources.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and API-based architectures.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Salesforce Data Cloud certification.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and personalization use cases.
- Experience with CRM data synchronization and campaign performance optimization.
- Familiarity with privacy, consent, and enterprise data governance requirements.
