Design and execute manual and automated tests for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, report defects, collaborate with developers, and perform sprint and smoke testing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities
- Report defects and work with developers for resolution
- Participate in sprint-level testing and smoke checks
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in QA/testing roles
- Experience testing CRM or CPQ applications preferred
- Familiarity with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- ISTQB /TOSCA certifications preferred. Salesforce Admin/ PD I certifications would be a plus.
