Salesforce Technical Architect –
Role Overview:
Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds .This role provides technical leadership, ensures adherence to best practices, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex business processes.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Create detailed architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and data strategies.
Design integration strategy with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft and Boomi.
Own technical decisions around Apex, LWC, APIs, and middleware integration.
Establish data governance, migration strategies, and performance optimization.
Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
Conduct code reviews and enforce security and scalability standards.
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects.
Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and security standards.
Optimize system performance for large data volumes.
Define and manage data migration strategies, mappings, and loading sequences.
Set and enforce coding standards, modular design patterns, Code reusability and platform limits compliance.
Lead DevOps and CI/CD pipeline strategies (Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset).
Review and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the system.
Review and approve Apex classes, triggers, batches, LWC components, and integration logic.
Support system testing, performance testing, and UAT cycles.
Maintain architecture documentation and technical design documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce with at least 5 years as technical architect.
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC and Integrations
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control.
Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi etc.
10 to 15 Years of Experience in Salesforce with at least 5 years as Solution Architect
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Revenue Cloud
Strong Knowledge of Apex and LWC.
Experience with integration middleware’s such as MuleSoft, Boomi etc.
Strong knowledge of Agent force and custom actions
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control
Experience with one of DevOps platforms such as Copado/Gearset
Knowledge of AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga, Demand tools, Cloudingo, Checkmarks, PMD, OwnBackup, Vonage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of CPQ and Revenue Cloud
