Designs and develops end-to-end SAP CRM technical solutions using ABAP, including forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows, and OData services. Performs debugging, performance tuning, testing, transport management, documentation, and production support. Collaborates with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum delivery and supports go-live activities. Requires extensive SAP ABAP and CRM experience, with preferred expertise in One Order, PPF, Middleware, TPM, WebUI/BOL/GENIL, integration platforms, and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities
Design and develop CRM technical solutions end-to-end across forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
Build and optimize SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms including print programs, styles, and output determination (NACE/BRF+ where applicable).
Develop reports (Classical and ALV/OO ALV using CL_SALV*), interactive lists, and dashboards with performance-optimized SQL.
Implement and maintain interfaces using ALE/IDoc, BAPI/RFC, and web services; handle IDoc extensions, partner profiles, and error monitoring/reprocessing.
Execute data migration and mass updates using LSMW and BDC (session/call) with robust validation and error handling.
Deliver enhancements via User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Spots, and implicit/explicit enhancements adhering to the Enhancement Framework.
Apply Object-Oriented ABAP patterns for reusable global classes, exception handling, and frameworks.
Design, configure, and develop SAP Business Workflows: events, tasks, agent determination, deadlines, and substitutions; integrate with CRM objects.
Build and maintain OData services in SAP Gateway (service modeling, MPC/DPC implementations, deep entities, batch, $expand, filtering, paging, error handling); expose services for SAPUI5/Fiori and external consumers.
Perform technical analysis, debugging, and performance tuning using ST22, SAT, ST05, SQL Monitor, and ATC/SCI; ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Participate in solution design, estimation, technical specifications, unit testing (ABAP Unit), and support SIT/UAT and cutover/go-live.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide production support, and create technical documentation and handover materials.
Required skills and experience
6–12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development with significant exposure to SAP CRM.
Forms: SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Interactive Forms; print program logic and output determination.
Reports: Classical and ALV (including OO ALV), interactive reporting, and performance optimization.
Interfaces: ALE/IDoc configuration and extensions, BAPI/RFC development, integration error analysis and reprocessing.
Conversions: LSMW, BDC, data mapping, staging, and reconciliation.
Enhancements: User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Spots, Enhancement Framework best practices.
Object-Oriented ABAP: class design, exception classes, design patterns.
Workflows: development and configuration for CRM objects (events, rules, agent determination, PPF integration where relevant).
OData: SAP OData/Gateway framework, service creation and implementation in Eclipse/ABAP Development Tools and SAP Web IDE; security and role-based access; Gateway monitoring (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG, /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG).
Development lifecycle: CTS transports, versioning, code review, and documentation.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Nice-to-have (preferred)
SAP CRM-specific expertise: One Order framework (CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, CRMD_* tables), PPF actions, Middleware/BDOCs (SMW01), and integration with ECC/S/4HANA.
Trade Promotion Management (TPM): promotions, funds, claims, pricing integration, and related enhancements.
Knowledge of SAP WebUI/BOL/GENIL frameworks.
Exposure to REST/SOAP services, PI/PO/CPI integration, and API security.
BRFplus for decision logic; Output Management in S/4 where applicable.
Performance optimization in high-volume CRM scenarios; parallel processing and buffering strategies.
Experience with Solution Manager/ChaRM, ATC governance, and DevOps practices (e.g., Git-enabled CTS/gCTS).
SAP certification in ABAP, CRM, or Gateway.
