Job Title: SAP ABAP/ FIORI/ BTP Senior Lead Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Lead Consultant with extensive experience in SAP ABAP, FIORI, and Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP customizations, SAP FIORI applications, and SAP BTP solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Develop and enhance SAP FIORI/UI5 apps, including extending standard applications and creating custom ones.

• Manage and optimize integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services like SAP Integration Suite and SAP Extension Suite.

• Provide technical leadership in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SAP ABAP programs.

• Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and drive their adoption across projects.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers within the team.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Deep expertise in SAP ABAP, including object-oriented programming, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and workflows.

• Strong experience with SAP FIORI/UI5 development, OData services, and Launchpad configurations.

• Proficiency in SAP BTP, including tools like CAP, RAP, Node.js, and Cloud Foundry.

• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (IDOC, RFC, ALE, and API management).

• Familiarity with S/4HANA migration projects and greenfield implementations.

• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• SAP certifications in ABAP, FIORI, and/or SAP BTP are highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
