Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for SAP BODS production interfaces in a managed services environment. Monitor daily interfaces, troubleshoot failures, perform error analysis and root-cause investigations, coordinate with business and technical teams, support enhancements and new interfaces, and deliver Level 3 support for complex issues. Maintain documentation and help transition SAP BODS operations from implementation to steady-state support.

Role: SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) Support Resource
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for SAP BODS production interfaces following transition from the implementation team to Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support approximately 5 daily BODS production interfaces.
Troubleshoot interface failures and resolve BODS technical issues.
Perform error analysis and root-cause investigation.
Coordinate with Charter teams for master-data and business-related issues.
Support minor enhancements, change requests, and new interfaces as required.
Provide Level 3 technical support for complex BODS issues.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge continuity.
Support stabilization and smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operations.
Required Skills
Hands-on SAP BODS development and production support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Experience supporting SAP data interfaces and integrations.
Ability to work with functional, business, and technical teams.
Experience with Managed Services/production support environments preferred.
