Role: SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) Consultant (Exp>10 years) 3B

Job Description:

1. We are looking for senior SAP CO Consultant position 10-12 years of relevant IT experience, in the field of SAP CO in S/4HANA environment Green Field Implementation and Support.
2. Expertise on implementation & rollouts in cost accounting, revenue accounting, product costing, transfer pricing, margin analysis and PS (WBS, Networks, budgeting, cost planning) ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or other applicable accounting standards.
3. Engage and conduct Workshops with business stakeholders to design their cost accounting, revenue accounting, and margin analysis related process.
4. Lead business workshops to show the process in SAP S/4HANA Controlling and identify gaps. Expert in conducting Fit/Gap analysis and WRICEF preparation to meet customer business requirement.
5. Well versed with all phases of Greenfield Implementation project.
6. Configure SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) to meet the specific requirements of the business, ensuring alignment with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.
7. Supporting test planning and execution (SIT/UAT), data migration activities, cutover strategy, and hyper care stabilization. 
8. Working closely with development teams to define WRICEF objects and validate enhancements, Fiori applications, custom reports etc.
9. Train business users and test processes using SAP S/4HANA Controlling.

Work Experience:

1. Minimum 4-5 full cycle Green Field implementation as well as in support projects with a focus on in cost accounting, revenue accounting, product costing, transfer pricing, margin analysis and PS (WBS, Networks, budgeting, cost planning)
2. Cost Accounting, Profit Center Accounting or Product Costing in support.
3. Experience in CO integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM.
4. In-depth knowledge of the SAP CO modules Experience with migration of complex SAP
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize financial solutions aligned with client goals.
6. Provide end-to-end support for SAP FICO issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
7. Lead SAP CO project implementations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
8. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance SAP FICO understanding and utilization.
9. Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance data model and Fiori apps for CO/PS
10. Experience with SAP reporting tools (standard reports, CDS views, embedded analytics)
11. 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA Consulting experience. SAP S/4HANA CO,PS or Finance certification is highly desirable.

Qualification:

1.  Team member Preferably CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
2. Good hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the FICO module.
3. Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. SAP certification in FICO module is a plus.
8. Preferably worked in Logistic SAP E2E Implementation Project.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years

Education: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA
