Experience Required:
- 14+ years in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere
- Experience of multiple full-cycle implementations in SAP Datasphere
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW Bridge, and SAP HANA source systems
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using SAP Datasphere and BW/4HANA
- Design and implement integrated analytics solutions, including data models, flows, and reporting structures
- Create remote tables, graphical views, and analytical models for SAC stories and dashboards
Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end development of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability of SAP Datasphere environments
- Provide hands-on support for SAC story creation, data transformation, and live data integration
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and delivering high-impact solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support pre-sales activities when needed
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work within multi-resource projects and mentor junior consultants
- Proactively report status and escalate issues as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, ABAP, and SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules
- Experience with BW Bridge and SAP HANA source systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Certified in BW/4HANA or Datasphere (desirable)
