Position Summary:
SAP EHS Consultant
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of SAP EHS experience. Worked on minimum 3 SAP EHS implementation projects and 3 Support projects.
- Good experience in handling complex solution delivery.
- Must have Functional leadership for development & maintenance of multiple SAP EHS applications including, SAP EHSM: Incident management.
- Excellent business process knowledge on Chemicals.
- Should have worked on multiple SAP platforms like SAP ECC R/3, S4 HANA applications.
- Should be able to prepare demo solutions which can be presented to clients to demonstrate the potential offerings of various tool.
- Get actively involved in different RFPs, proposing solutions for client specific requirements.
- Well versed with documenting Business process, Configuration documents, Functional Documents for RICEFWS.
- Design end to end data migration plan and execution for GLM and Product Safety from one SAP system to another.
- Fluent in preparing User Manual to train Super Users for Incident and request Management.
PRIMARY SKILL SET:
Product Safety-
- Specification Management: Setting up Specification master, Property tree, Value Assignment type. Functional creation of specification master, Import export of specification, Report generation, Reference and Inheritance. Data migration using OCC, Regulatory content implementation and update.
- Report Shipping: Basic settings of report shipping, SD documents. Automatic generation of shipping orders, Manual generation of shipping orders. MSDS Distribution (Shipping) process setup, job scheduling and troubleshooting
- WWI templates: Report symbols, creation of WWI template, use of repetitive group, blank compression, conditional output. Also, creation of generation variant and mapping MSDS template to generation variant. SDS, Label and ERG document creation and maintenance. WWI Server and Services configuration.
- SERC: Implementation and Updating SERC regulatory content: Impact Assessment, Configurations, Phrases, Expert Rules, WWI templates and regulatory data setup. Latest upgrade implemented: 2201
- Phrase Management: Phrase Libraries, Groups, Creation of Phrases, Phrase Sets, Import and export of phrases.
- Substance Volume Tracking (SVT): Substance tracking for online and offline checks, set up job for Volume monitoring, Notification check.
- Expert Rules: Setup, configuration, maintenance and COSSTA/MSDS MAKER rule setup.
- Basic data and tools: Property tree creation and maintenance
- WWI: Services and Expert rules setup and configurations
- Dangerous Goods Management (DG)- DG master, Online DG Checks, Creation of DG Specification master, transfer to DG master, DG Text Patterns.
GLM (Global Label Management)-
- Master Data: Configuration of Label Stocks, Label sizes, Label categories and Labelling Scenarios. Mass Data migration of these objects.
- WWI Templates- Use of discrete validity areas and languages (Multi-language templates), Barcodes, Sequential data and numbers and Building blocks
- WWI- Use of discrete validity areas and languages (Multi-language templates)
- Report symbol creation and Maintenance
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Incident Management & Risk Assessment: Standard workflows setup, Investigation process setup, User Roles and authorization objects identification and setup, Integration with HR and PM modules. Customizations and enhancements for custom data points and processes.
- Hazardous Substance Management: Standard Customization, Hazardous Substance Master filling from Specification and Region specific mapping of HSM with Specification.
- Waste Management: Troubleshooting issues in Entry document status network and updating Waste Manifest report templates
Others
- Strong Support experience, very good in documentation and providing turn key solutions using SAP functionality
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework and support Processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Knowledge of working with any standard Ticketing tool
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and Client teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Can conceptualize and communicate Business relevant solutions
- Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally on occasion
- Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload
