Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Define and design end-to-end SAP solutions across functional and technical areas.
Align SAP architecture with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Lead the solutioning of complex SAP projects including greenfield implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
Ensure integration of SAP with third-party applications and cloud platforms.
Provide guidance on SAP best practices, standards, and innovations (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, Embedded Analytics).
Oversee technical feasibility, scalability, and performance of SAP systems.
Prepare solution architecture documents, interface designs, and system landscapes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8–12 years of hands-on SAP experience, including S/4HANA.
Strong expertise in SAP core modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, REFX, PS, etc.).
Proven experience with SAP integration (CPI/PI/PO), data migration, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
SAP certifications are a plus (e.g., S/4HANA, Integration Suite).
Preferred Experience:
Industry knowledge in FMCG, Automotive, EPC, Manufacturing, Utilities.
Experience with SAP BTP services (Workflow, Integration Suite, Extensions).
Exposure to RISE with SAP and hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures.
