Role: Solutions Architect – SAP PP/PM/QM

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM) modules. This role will be responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing end-to-end SAP solutions to support manufacturing, maintenance, and quality processes to our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP PP, PM, and QM solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP functional and technical designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance & controlling, Logistics, HR and IT) to ensure integrated process flows.
Evaluate existing SAP landscapes and recommend improvements for performance, security, and sustainability.
Provide guidance on SAP best practices, system integration, and data management.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategy.
Define and oversee solution governance, change management, and impact assessments.
Support the development and execution of testing, training, and documentation activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert during SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transitions.
Stay current with SAP product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable SAP system solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP, including deep functional knowledge of SAP PP, PM, and QM modules.
- 3+ years in a Solutions Architect or Lead Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI/CO) and external systems.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in end-to-end SAP project delivery including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional project teams.
