Senior SAP SuccessFactors/LMS SME responsible for Employee Central, APIs, mass data updates, report development (Story Reporting), Fieldglass integration error resolution, manual S/4HANA replication corrections, LMS updates for contingent workers, monitoring CORE and LMS access, issue analysis, and solution redesign support.

Location: Remote

Work Timings: Australian Time Zone
Timings : 5 AM - 2PM IST
We are looking for senior-level professionals with experience in:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SuccessFactors APIs
- Mass data updates
- Report development, including Story Reporting
- Previous experience with Fieldglass (preferred)
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Fieldglass integration errors.
- Performing manual corrections in S/4HANA for replication errors.
- Updating LMS information for contingent workers.
- Monitoring records in CORE and LMS access.
- Analyzing issues and supporting the redesign of the solution.
