Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, remove impediments, collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, track sprint metrics, coordinate stakeholders, and support Agile transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively.
- Experience working with cross-functional development, QA, and product teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in software development or technology-driven environments.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and release planning.
