Scrum Master/Program Manager_Offshore

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Program Manager with a proven track record in leading digital projects, particularly in the B2B commerce domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing Order-to-Cash processes for our retail client by facilitating agile practices and ensuring effective team collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop a strong understanding of the requirements and business priorities, to be able to drive the team towards project goals 

Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives etc) to ensure effective team collaboration and help eliminate obstacles hindering the team’s progress 

Foster a culture of agility, encouraging team members to embrace Scrum principles and practices 

Own and deliver daily and daily / weekly status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency around project progress and deliverables 

Identify project / program risks and formulate relevant mitigation plans 

Coordinate with the client team and internal stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns 

Identify, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance project delivery, speed, and quality 

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and responding to their evolving needs 

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes 

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to seek efficiencies in software and business processes 

Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance 

Qualifications: 

10+ years of experience as a Project / Program Manager or Scrum Master, with a focus on digital projects in B2B commerce 

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum 

Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence 

Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude 

Experience working with teams across different time zones and client-facing roles 

Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders 

Preferred Skills: 

Experience in the Order-to-Cash process is a plus 

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in engineering and development 

Strong organizational and analytical skills
