What You ‘ll Do
- You will join our high-performance SAP transformation team and act as a Scrum Master driving Agile delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA Global Template Enhancement initiatives.
- Support end-to-end product teams comprising Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders.
- Guide scrum teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Promote self-organization and enable teams to make autonomous decisions.
- Protect teams from unstructured external influences, distractions, and scope disruptions.
- Facilitate sprint planning and execution activities to ensure predictable delivery.
- Identify, align, and manage dependencies before and during sprint execution.
- Ensure change requests progress effectively and are delivered within committed release timelines.
- Maintain transparency around sprint progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments impacting delivery and escalate issues when required.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Lead Solution Architects, and peer Scrum Masters to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to ensure timely participation during testing and sprint activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, delivery quality, and Agile maturity.
What We Seek In You
- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Recognized Scrum Master certification such as PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience facilitating, coaching, and mentoring Agile teams.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts and business processes.
- Strong delivery discipline with governance, tracking, escalation, and reporting expertise.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Lean practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs is preferred.
- Strong focus on transparency, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
