What will you do?
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Scrum team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment conducive to team collaboration and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and dependencies.
- Serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Contribute to project planning and estimation activities, providing insights into business requirements and technical feasibility.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting user stories, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
