About the Role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience (minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master) who can effectively facilitate Agile teams while bringing strong capabilities in delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve visibility and insights into team performance.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a Servant Leader and coach Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work effectively in a startup environment, helping teams and stakeholders adopt and embrace Agile practices, often requiring influence, coaching, and practical adaptation of frameworks.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance metrics collection, reporting, and workflow insights.
- Track and analyse Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and sprint predictability.
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove team impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure effective backlog management and delivery alignment.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience, with minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong experience with Scrum and Agile practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation or analytics.
- Experience in Networking, Aviation, Maritime or Satellite domains is a plus.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira dashboards, reporting, and Agile metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) are a plus.
