Job Specification – Scrum Master
Education & Training:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/equivalent
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E or equivalent
- Certified : CSM / SAFe / Equivalent certification
Job Responsibilities:
To Scrum Team:
- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
- Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
- Participate in Huddle, Lead PO – PO meeting (whenever required)
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review and retrospective.
- Remove Impediment and blocker.
- Coach the team as and when required.
- Help Product owner in maintaining the product backlog
- CSM/PSM certification.
- SAFE Certification.
