What you'll be doing:
As a member of the WPP, IT - GroupM IT team:

What you'll need:
- Education: completed university studies in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable. Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential duties and required competencies of the position is required.
- Personality and Working Practice: team player, good communication skills, analytical thinking and structured
- Experience and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of demonstrated as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for large companies.
- Experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, ...) and agile tools
- Experienced handling of development and collaboration tools such as Jira, ALM, MS Teams, Miro, GIT, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working in an Agile scrum-based environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills, attention to detail, possess strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Media / advertising industry experience is a plus
- Qualifications: PMP Certification is a plus. Agile Project Management certification is a plus (or working towards such certification) Other certifications a plus may include Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Professional/Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM).
