Required skillset :-
Solid knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
Good understanding of Scaled way of working (in SAFe, Scrum @scale, Nexus etc)
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability — beyond just facilitation
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Good understanding on Program plan and Project plan together with execution at team level.
Experience working in cross-functional, multi-vendor programme environments
Ability to collaborate with distributed and cross‑functional teams.
Strong risk and dependency management skills
Experience supporting teams in meeting SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements typical in client engagements.
Expert on Jira or equivalent agile tools
Year of Experience and Certifications :-
6–10 years of experience in Agile delivery.
4+ years solid experience as a Scrum Master
Strongly Preferred - CSM / PSM
Preferred - Certified SAFe® Scrum Master
