As an SDE-IV, you will be responsible for:
- Design, Implement and Maintain features, workflows, and API across Interface’s conversational AI Platform, Products, and Partner Integrations.
- Give and receive technical feedback through code reviews or design discussions.
- Work with a team of driven and passionate colleagues(Developers, Product managers, QAs, Conversational designers, etc.) who work on cutting-edge technology and take pride in solving complex problems.

- Have worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees and got a chance to see the products being built
- Have a strong fundamental understanding of Computer Science with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or a related field
- Have 7-10 years of work experience as a software developer
- Hands-on experience in building small products or features in a big product and taking it live
- Hands-on experience in Node.js.
- Hands-on experience in working with Relational DBs and writing complex SQL queries(Postgresql/MySQL)
- Have a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Participate in the Design and Development of new features in the product.
- Participate in Product releases through requirement reviews, development, deployment, documenting release notes and technical details regarding functionality and configuration.
- Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad-level requirements, deadlines, pressures, etc.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Solaris environments
- Must have experience with Version Control systems, preferably GIT
- Need to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills are required.
- Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs no supervision.
- Exposure to performance tuning & resolving production issues in previous engagements is a plus
- Having exposure to the AWS cloud environment is a plus
- Are passionate about learning new stuff(technologies, programming languages, etc.) and do so quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing good technical documents.
