Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers (IMDC) Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of physical security systems, ensuring the integrity of our hardware and software infrastructure across the India region.
You will be part of a specialized team reporting to the India Security Manager, working globally with manufacturers and local site management to ensure smooth and secure physical security operations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Manage the daily upkeep and triage of all access control, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), biometric, and visitor management systems to ensure 100% operational uptime.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with global vendors, manufacturers, and site security management to coordinate project executions and system upgrades while adhering to company standards.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by proactively monitoring system health, responding to incidents via the ServiceNow queue, and supporting internal and external audits.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of experience in physical security systems.
Strong technical knowledge of Gallagher access control, ProWatch, Milestone, Avigilon, Traka, Iris Identification (Iris ID), Morpho Manager, and ServiceNow.
Proven ability in systematic problem-solving, Information Technology (IT) networking concepts, and building successful working relationships through effective communication.
Fluency in English and local languages (both speaking and writing), with the ability to obtain security clearance via government background checks if required.
