One Impression is India’s #1 creator marketing platform, revolutionizing how brands collaborate with content creators and influencers. We empower over 3 million creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to work directly with leading brands through data-driven pricing, transparent workflows, and seamless communication.

Brands like Amazon, Unilever, Pepsi, and Meesho trust us to manage influencer marketing campaigns with efficiency, transparency, and measurable ROI. If you are driven by sales, passionate about marketing technology, and want to be part of India’s fast-growing creator economy — this is your chance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a critical role in driving growth by acquiring new brand clients, conducting impactful product demos, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll be at the forefront of selling One Impression’s suite of products — from our creator marketplace to our AI-powered campaign automation tools — to marketing heads, founders, and brand managers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct live product demos with marketing decision-makers to showcase One Impression’s platform capabilities.
  • Customize demo flows and pitch decks based on client needs and use cases.
  • Articulate the ROI, data transparency, and workflow automation benefits to decision-makers.
  • Own the complete sales cycle — from outreach and demo to negotiation and closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Maintain clear follow-up processes and consistent communication with prospects.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work with the account management and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on creator marketing trends, industry shifts, and competitor products.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversion metrics, and client feedback to sales leadership.
  • Share insights to improve sales strategies and optimize outreach effectiveness.

Must Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or marketing solution sales (preferably in influencer marketing, ad-tech, or mar-tech).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage demos and convert leads into clients.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
