The Senior Account Executive will develop and implement sales strategies, maintain account ownership, and ensure customer success within the Japan region, focusing on enterprise accounts.

As a sales leader, you will report to the JAPAN Sales Director. You will lead a distributed team of enterprise sellers (Account Executives), who as a team are responsible for the existing enterprise Atlassian customers in Japan. This incredible opportunity will have you lead from the front, modelling best in-class leadership, and taking direct ownership for the market.

- Hiring new Atlassians
- Develop and implement strategy to build the pipeline and generate revenue.
- Be an expert in selling to C-Suite executives, and operate autonomously at scale.
- Be a leader who will retain and nurture talent and be an "Exec Sponsor" helping teams navigate complex sales cycles and be a trusted advocate for the customer.
- Advocate for our customers, promoting their needs and uncovering additional value we can add to their organisation.
