Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager within the Acceptance VAS team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients across your allocated markets. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting Visa’s value-added services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client executives to identify new opportunities, deliver client solutions, and achieve sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Acceptance VAS clients, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 

  • Deliver multi-year client contracts and meet or exceed revenue targets. 

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to support client retention and expansion. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level client executives, promoting Visa’s solutions and influencing client strategies. 

  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Visa’s sales tools. 

  • Analyze client performance and identify business risks and growth opportunities. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. 

  • Lead regular account reviews and provide clear reporting on progress against key performance indicators. 

  • Support sales enablement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or business development within payments, financial services, or technology sectors. 

  • Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets through organic growth and upselling. 

  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and negotiating complex deals. 

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. 

  • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills. 

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 

  • Project management skills are an advantage. 

  • Willingness to travel as required
