The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with clients to enhance their campaign reporting and drive growth using both traditional and digital data. Key responsibilities include data analysis, creating insightful reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and managing multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
This is a very exciting role working with our Solutions Team using combinations of traditional and digital data to help brands report on the performance of their campaigns and drive growth; as well as getting involved in developing new standardised solutions for our global clients.
You will become an invaluable partner to our clients and provide analytics services within the digital media landscape. You will be required to have broad and deep subject matter expertise, an ability to think strategically, tactically, and commercially and have outstanding communication skills to be successful in this role.
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Identification and resolution of key issues in complex client projects
- Crafting insights from analysis and synthesis of data
- Be able to think broadly and strategically around problems
- Streamline the current reporting process & scale deployment with respective local teams and drive automation in reporting on an ongoing basis
- Develop and present custom insightful analyses, reports and dashboards for regular and precise reporting to senior stakeholders
- Responsible for data quality and integrity
- Maintain data sources and models up to date
- Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestions for improving those processes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Professional Skills
Key Experience:
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, Computer science or data modelling
- Proven experience of using a wide range of business analysis tools( Power BI) and techniques
- Can write and tune SQL queries
- Have extensive experience of Excel
- Experience of creating bespoke reports
- Experience working in hybrid, agile environment with a range of different stakeholders
- You will have proven background in delivery of client projects
Key Skills:
- You are an experienced Data Analyst with strong data cleansing & querying (SQL) skills
- You have proven data analytics experience (data analysis, data management)
- You have a good working knowledge of visualisation tools- Especially Power BI
- Perform advanced data analysis and reporting in Excel, utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables,
Nice to have:
- You are competent in using ETL methodology and tools such as Trifacta
- You ideally have experience working with digital media data sources and platforms such as Google and Meta
- You will have a passion for learning and a strong desire to help others grow with you
- A confident communicator who thrives in busy and collaborative environments
