The purpose of this role is to lead the creation of audiences, data analysis, and insight creation to fuel the strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifies best approach for audience creation
Builds audiences or directs team (Associate, Supervisor or IDC) building audiences for use in insights, plans and potentially direct activation
Compiles data to answer research questions and inform insights and strategy
Creates audience profiles and synthesises data into themes
Elevates data to deep, actionable insights, resulting in identification of audience needs
Builds relationships with internal teams to drive more insightful strategies and plans
Leads client presentation of Insights findings
