  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations for Indian and UK entities.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
  • Generate sales orders, raise invoices, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian and UK accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, VAT, and other applicable requirements.
  • Handle foreign accounts, inter-company transactions, and multi-currency accounting.
  • Manage accounting operations using Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during internal and external audits.
  • Assist with HMRC-related accounting and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with UK stakeholders and internal departments to ensure timely financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.


  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualification preferred).
    • 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian and UK accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
    • Experience in managing foreign accounts and multi-currency transactions.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with UK-based stakeholders.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience working in an IT, SaaS, or product-based organization.
    • Knowledge of VAT, HMRC compliance, and international accounting practices.
    • Experience in process improvement and financial controls.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
