Manage end-to-end accounting for Indian and UK entities, including books, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, cash flow, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting. Use Zoho Books and Excel while coordinating with UK stakeholders, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualification preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and UK accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in managing foreign accounts and multi-currency transactions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with UK-based stakeholders.
- Experience working in an IT, SaaS, or product-based organization.
- Knowledge of VAT, HMRC compliance, and international accounting practices.
- Experience in process improvement and financial controls.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
