The Impact: As a Senior Analyst for Customer Insights, you will be the voice of the customer, backed by data. You will analyze customer behavior, feedback, and engagement to uncover key insights that drive retention, guide product strategy, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your work will directly help the business understand what our B2B customers need and how we can better serve them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enrich analytics solutions and tools focused on the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
- Analyze complex customer datasets to extract actionable insights on behavior, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to understand customer needs, identify data gaps, and build solutions to enhance customer engagement and mitigate churn risk.
- Present clear and compelling findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage and deliver on quick-turnaround ad-hoc projects related to specific customer inquiries or trends.
- Mentor junior analysts and apply advanced analytics to unstructured customer feedback to uncover deeper insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with 5+ years of experience in a customer analytics or insights role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including a proven record of building complex interactive dashboards with advanced DAX, coupled with strong Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets from relational databases.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to listen to stakeholder needs and articulate complex customer insights clearly and concisely.
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset suited for working in a global team.
