The US base salary range for this full-time position is 95,200.00 USD - 119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Senior Analyst, Fantasy Sports Promotions
- Support Promotions and Operations strategy and execution through analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunity areas for improving customer experience and engagement in our Fantasy products.
- Build reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor performance and track against goals of the Fantasy team's key success metrics.
- Proactively generate new ideas, build business cases, and measure results to help DraftKings Fantasy Analytics stay best-in-class.
- Partner with Stakeholder teams to identify data needs and utilize available data to maximize business performance of our Fantasy products.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in business analytics or data science, with expertise in marketing analytics and attribution methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets for large-scale data analysis. Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong desire to produce high quality work.
