Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst - MDM in Chennai, India.
A professional who can quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.
What a typical day looks like:
- Ability to understand purchasing and procurement methods and procedures
- Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
- Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other T&Cs
- Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers
- Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
- Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests
- Fair knowledge of purchase to pay processes
- Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures
- Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility
- Good communication (oral & written) skills
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Graduates
- Experience: Fresher
- Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle,
- Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF)
