In this role, you will:
- Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
- Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
- Lead or participate on large cross group projects
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Proven organization, self- management, collaboration, leadership skills.
- Experience with iterative development approach.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking.
- Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse or data mart concepts
- Experience writing data wrangling and ETL processes
- Experience developing reports and dashboards
- Good Understanding of AI concepts.
- Good experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, Notebook LM to streamline operational processes. Using effective prompts to leverage Gen AI in day to day activities.
- Knowledge of SSIS/Alteryx is a plus.
- Experience working with US based Banking preferable in Wealth Investment Domain.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management Data and Systems
