Purpose of the role
Accounting Operations handles day-to-day financial transactions, including cost accounting, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
You will be Responsible for
Ensuring adherence to company policies and contract terms
Sending reminders, dunning letters, and Statements of Account (SOA).
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.
Monitoring aging buckets and highlight high-risk accounts.
Performing account reconciliations between customer records and Accounts Receivable (AR) books.
Sending payment reminders, dunning letters, and Statements of Account (SOA)
Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
