Key Responsibilities
 
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
- Process vendor invoices after proper verification and approvals.
- Ensure timely vendor payments as per agreed terms.
- Post and reconcile payment and receipt entries in accounting software.
- Maintain accurate ledger accounts and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle cash management, including daily cash flow monitoring and planning.
- Ensure proper accounting of expenses and accruals.
- Deduct, account, and reconcile TDS as per Income Tax Act provisions.
- Prepare TDS workings and coordinate for timely deposit and filing.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support statutory audits and internal audits.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
- High proficiency in TDS and GST provisions (sections, reconciliation, compliance timelines).
- Hands-on experience in accounting software (Netsuite/ SAP / Zoho Books etc.).
- Good understanding of GST impact on vendor payments
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vendors and high transaction volumes.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proactive and deadline-oriented.
- Experience in managing cash flow planning.
