Lead the design and delivery of social-emotional learning programs across partner schools. Responsibilities include developing SEL frameworks and training modules, facilitating educator and school-leader workshops, tracking program data, mentoring fellows, and building partnerships with schools, government bodies, and organizations. The role requires expertise in coaching, facilitation, education ecosystems, program management, and inclusive social-emotional support.
About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in scaling and deepening Bhumi’s SEL interventions in schools. You will co-lead the design, development, and execution of a holistic SEL program, mentor team, and build partnerships with schools, government bodies, and other organizations. This role demands a strong passion to drive meaningful impact in children's and educators’ social emotional development across Bhumi’s partner schools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of SEL frameworks and training modules suited for diverse school settings.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and school leaders.
- Collect, track, and report program data to inform improvements and meet reporting requirements.
- Guide fellows through coaching, reflection, and practice-based feedback.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Educational Degree : Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship in relevant fields such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work.
- At least 2 years of experience in SEL, school education, or wellbeing programs
- Proven experience in adult training and educational program management.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Strong coaching skills.
- Systems thinking with a grasp of school transformation and education ecosystems.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education and social emotional support.
