Provide end-to-end legal representation in courts and administrative proceedings, with emphasis on oral/written advocacy, contract drafting, arbitration (sections 9, 11, 17, 34, 36, 37), WCC and criminal litigation. Conduct legal research, manage documentation and case portfolios, advise stakeholders on securities law for client onboarding, attend police stations, and mentor junior staff and interns.
- Represent in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, arguments etc.)
- Should have strong practice skill including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analyzing and communicating technical matters.
- Should have good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects.
- Extempore case management & Court Conducts.
- Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in Law and being the go-to subject matter expert.
- Good analytical skills and experience of working in diverse areas of law WCC and criminal litigation.
- Independently handle end-to-end management of various portfolio cases & Offer expert advice on court matters if required.
- Should also have in-depth knowledge and experience of handling Court related matters about Arbitration including issues particularly section 9, 11, 17, 34, 36 and 37.
