- Develop architecture documents (HLD, LLD) and ensure adherence during delivery.
- Oversee error-handling strategies, retry/replay mechanisms, and performance tuning for mission-critical integrations.
Governance & Standards
- Establish coding standards, reusable libraries, and design patterns for the practice.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture assurance, and quality gates for all projects.

- Partner with data engineers, cloud architects, and security leads on hybrid integration strategies (on-premises + cloud).
Innovation & Growth
- Drive the creation of accelerators, templates, and industry-specific connectors to reduce delivery timelines.
- Stay current with Boomi roadmap and iPaaS trends; recommend new capabilities (event-driven, microservices, low-code/no-code adoption).
- Represent the practice at Boomi community events, webinars, and partner enablement sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise integration design and delivery.
- 5+ years hands-on Boomi AtomSphere (Atoms, Molecules, API Management, EDI, MDH).
- Strong experience with API design (REST/SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger), microservices, and event-driven patterns.
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, Core Banking, HRIS, Cloud apps).
- Proficiency with security protocols: OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, SAML, role-based access controls.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and observability tools (Splunk, DataDog, ELK).
- Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network topologies.
- Excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Boomi Professional Architect or Developer Certification.
- Experience with Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH) and Boomi B2B/EDI.
- Hands-on exposure to Snowflake, Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell ECS (adjacent platforms).
- Background in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Government).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to balance pragmatic delivery vs. strategic architecture.
- Natural mentor and team leader with a collaborative spirit.
- Comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders as well as deep technical teams.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape and scale a new Boomi practice.
- Exposure to cutting-edge integration and digital transformation programs.
