Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst - CRM, Europe to lead business analysis on our most complex Veeva CRM engagements across the region. In this individual-contributor delivery role, you’ll act as the senior BA on multi-country implementations - owning requirements, solution design, and stakeholder relationships on the ground, and setting the standard for how business analysis is done on European engagements.

If you enjoy taking ownership of complex, multi-country CRM delivery, working directly with senior client stakeholders, and turning intricate regional requirements into practical, scalable solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the Business Analyst on complex, multi-country Veeva CRM engagements across Europe, setting the standard for requirements quality and solution design.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across multiple European markets to understand their goals, challenges, and business processes, reconciling local needs with pan-European CRM strategy.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops for complex, multi-country engagements and ensure business needs are translated into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Design future-state business processes and recommend best practices using Veeva CRM, accounting for country-specific regulatory and commercial nuances across the EU.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Configuration Consultants, and Developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across European client engagements.
  • Produce and quality-check business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation for European engagements.
  • Support solution design across Veeva CRM capabilities such as Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, MyInsights, Sampling, Medical CRM, and Align.
  • Analyze business data, KPIs, and operational metrics across European engagements to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
  • Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across engagements, including test scripts, coordination, defect management, and business sign-off.
  • Work closely with Project and Program Managers to manage scope, prioritise requirements, resolve issues, and support delivery across engagements.
  • Support data migration validation, integration testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support for European client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across Europe and act as a trusted senior advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the European CRM practice, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and maximise value from the Veeva platform.
  • Contribute to European business development activities, including scoping support and proposal input for new and existing clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise software implementations.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of European pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations across multiple EU markets.
  • Experience with one or more Veeva CRM modules, including:
    • Core CRM
    • CLM
    • Approved Email
    • MyInsights
    • Engage
    • Events Management
    • Align
    • Medical CRM
  • Proven track record delivering as the senior or lead Business Analyst on complex, multi-country CRM engagements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and working directly with business stakeholders across different European markets and languages.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks relevant to CRM data and HCP engagement (e.g., GDPR, EFPIA Code, country pharma codes).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate as a senior advisor to client stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent European engagements while working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
