We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements management, and IT application development. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable, and technically feasible solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are critical for success in this role.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-driven projects
- Strong experience working on enterprise-scale application development initiatives
- Proven exposure to Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Solid understanding of:
- Application development lifecycle (SDLC)
- APIs, databases, and system integrations (conceptual level)
- Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Experience working with development and QA teams on complex systems
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
- Experience in domains such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or Enterprise Platforms
- Exposure to cloud-based or digital transformation initiatives
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
- Leadership and mentoring of junior analysts
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
