Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you support portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and to deliver business objectives. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute

  • Create and implement marketing strategies tailored to the specific product category. This includes defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products meet market demands. This may involve providing input on product design, features, and pricing.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
  • Collaborate with the business unit or region on co-creating brand strategies and cascading execution plans.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop sales materials, training programs, and other resources to help them effectively sell the product category.
  • Manage budgets for marketing activities and ensuring that expenditures are in line with the overall marketing plan.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various metrics and KPIs. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and making adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer service) and external partners (e.g., advertising agencies, suppliers) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand's overall image and values.


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand and Product Management preferably in FMCG, food, or retail industry
  • Must have strong evident leadership background with exemplary people skills
  • Preferably with experience in agile environment
  • Strong Strategy Development and Market Analysis experience
  • Amendable to work in Paranaque City; On hybrid setup (3x onsite per week)
