Become an Outcoder as a Senior Cloud Engineer with DMN (Camunda) Experience.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and real-time data processing capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement decision management models using Camunda, automate deployments, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our platform. Your expertise in AWS, Kafka, Ansible, and DMN (Camunda) will be essential to our success.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role, with a focus on AWS infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in DMN (Decision Model and Notation) with practical experience using Camunda.
- Proficiency in Ansible for deployment automation and configuration management.
- Deep understanding of Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like New Relic, Splunk, and PagerDuty.
- Solid programming skills in Scala and experience with backend data processing.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools, including Docker and AWS ECR.
- Familiarity with Selenium and Gatling for testing and performance optimization.
- Experience with GitHub for version control and Travis CI for continuous integration.
- Strong knowledge of Aurora MySQL and expertise in managing relational databases in AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Striim and Lenses for data streaming management.
- Knowledge of search tools or services like Cloaked Search.
- Understanding of Cassandra and experience in transitioning from legacy systems.
