As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions within our SAP environment. Your expertise will be leveraged to design, develop, and implement innovative SAP ABAP applications, ensuring they meet our client's unique business needs. Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP ABAP applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
- Customize and extend SAP standard functionality to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective support to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards, maintaining the integrity of our SAP landscape.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong track record of successful project deliveries.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core functionalities is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA are highly desirable.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
