As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative SAP solutions. Your expertise in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA will be leveraged to develop production-grade solutions, including BAdI-driven validations and Ariba API integrations. This role offers an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to end-to-end RICEFW development. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Design and develop efficient ABAP programs, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
  • Implement and enhance P2P/MM processes in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on OData/Fiori integration.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct on-site debugging and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Integrate SAP systems with external applications and APIs, particularly Ariba.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and system understanding.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, representing Bristlecone's expertise in SAP ABAP.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2.8 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on P2P/MM processes.
  • Proficiency in ABAP development, including BAdI-driven validations and IDoc enhancements.
  • Experience with OData/Fiori integration and API integrations, particularly Ariba.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new SAP technologies and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP ABAP certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements, as required.
